Although barbecue is not considered to be fine dining, but from what I gathered from this page, it is not just about the most upscale dining, but about finding the best of the best (please correct me if I am wrong). So, I was wondering where people think the best barbecue in the U.S. can be found? I am from Kansas City, so am obviously partial to the KC style barbecue, but am very open to hearing what others think.
