Matsuri, with Chef Tadashi Ono’s noted cuisine, is a celebration of Japanese food. Fresh fish and organic grains are flown in daily from Japan. The menu, which changes seasonally, includes such standouts as thinly-sliced fluke sashimi with red pepper and ponzu, Sake Black Cod and yellowtail sashimi with ginger vinegar sauce. The menu has more than 250 kinds of sake and 40 shochu, including Daruma, a special house sake made by a renowned sake brewer.
