Le Quartier Francais is consistently rated one of the best restaurants in Africa, and it’s probably the only fine restaurant that offers impala and warthog on its daily changing menu. Chef Margot Janses’ food is designed to pair with the region’s wines; only fitting, since the enchanting auberge is located in the heart of South Africa’s Franschhoek wine country.
