Tom Aikens
Tom Aikens, chef at his eponymous London restaurant, is one of the youngest and most successful chefs working in England today. His food demonstrates a youthful exuberance, a cuisine without barriers. Halibut is accompanied by delicate cauliflower beignets, pillows of dill gnocchi lighten a dish of baked sea trout, and desserts (like the raspberry parfaits and shortbread with strawberries), have a decidedly British bend.

Chef Tom Aikens may be young but I can promise you this Chef knows his business! His cusine is top of the line and mouth watering! I love his raspberry parfaits and his halibut dish is to die for. More then excellent cusinr!
