I would like to introduce a famous restaurant in Budapest, Hungary.
Café Miró Grande, the most elegant resturant and event venue of Budapest. It's located in the heart of Budapest at 9. Liszt Ferenc Square.
Hosts were friendly in a great romantic atmosphere.
This is traditional Hungarian cuisine. Wine selection is mostly Hungarian wines. My favourite wine is Tokaji in this restaurant.
Main dishes are fantastic! I always eat Buttery veal roast or Paprika chicken with egg-dumpling souffle. And prices are ordaniry, not expensive.
I have been there several times with my friends already and we always got good impressions on the Hungarian hospitality.


I tell all my friends to go and eat there if they are going to Budapest.

Mavi is a really cool place that I recently discovered. Think of all of the amazing food from throughout the Mediterranean world on one menu. I am totally hooked on their wonderful meze platter appetizer. It is a wonderful way to begin a meal, especially with a nice glass of Pinot Grigio. Then I would advise you not to miss the wonderful grilled Mediterranean sea bass, which just melts in your mouth.

In a discussion in my culinary class yesterday, our chef said that Ferran Adria's "El Bulli" was known as one of the best restaurants in the world. I was trying to gather information for an independent study project on this restaurant. It's location, any information and also his brother, whom I believe is the pastry chef? Although I am a great admirer of Japanese cuisine, my favourite cuisine in this area (and maybe in the world) is Thai.

The restaurant "The Seafood Market" in Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok, must provide one of the best dining experiences in the world: you are issued with a supermarket-type cart on entering, and choose your ingredients from an enormous array of just-caught seafood on a bed of ice and fresh Asian vegetables, and then instruct the chef on how you want the ingredients cooked (stir-fried is the preferred method, at least for the vegetables, of course); then you sit down at your chosen table with some local Kloster beer or a bottle of imported French wine and await the arrival of the culinary extravaganza...

One of the worldwide best lunchtime seafood buffets, IMO, can be found at The Resort Hotel in Sydney. A tremendous selection of fresh seafood in a large variety of presentations. (I was last there in 1991, so don't blame me if it has changed since then...)

I go to Mavi frequently because the food and service can't be matched. From the warm fresh baked bread and Mediterranean salsa that comes out while you read the menu to the stellar appetizers and amazing entrees, everything tastes wonderful. I recommend the seafood mixed grill platter. It's loaded with shrimp, sea bass, salmon, calamari and more, and you won't be able to get over how good it tastes. The filet mignon with lobster sauce is another star of the menu.
